Code Factory Inc. (주식회사 코드팩토리) is a South Korean company building DoctorVelvet, a CRM and content operations product for aesthetic medical clinics — dermatology and plastic surgery practices in South Korea.

Who our clients are. Our customers are licensed medical clinics operating as registered businesses. Each clinic connects its own Instagram professional account. Individual creators and influencers are not eligible to use the service.

How we use platform data on behalf of our clients. Acting on each clinic’s instruction, we read the messages and comments sent to that clinic’s own Instagram account so the clinic’s staff can answer them from a single inbox; we record which of the clinic’s posts an enquiry came from so the clinic can measure which content brings patients; and we publish content the clinic has approved to the clinic’s own account. We never combine data across clinics, and we never use a clinic’s data for any purpose other than providing the service to that clinic.

How our clients use the product. A clinic’s front-desk staff sign in, connect the clinic’s Instagram account, answer patient enquiries from the shared inbox, record which post each enquiry came from, follow that patient through consultation and appointment, and schedule the next round of content.

The clinic is the data controller for patient information; Code Factory Inc. acts solely as a processor under a written agreement, as required by Article 26 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act.
